They give off a really warm light, almost a spa like feeling. So their very easy on the eyes not to mention, apparently it’s very healthy for you to wake up to rather than a normal light.
None what so ever actually. The only way the dissolve is if you accidentally get too much liquid on it, which I mistakenly did with a cup of water one time. But it only brushed a smidgen when I did. You should definitely get one🙂
