motivation… hmmm… when was the last time you did a full body stretch,complete with twisting and extensions of limbs in all directions.. just because you felt like it,

try it… in bed… early morning stretch… at night its good too.. it is a surprise how much we find .. it is not as easy as it looks… and…. the body does … respond… you just might need to adjust to what it has to tell you about your efforts.

Funny you should say that. Before I get up, I exercise my right shoulder (which I dislocated in an injury two years ago). It feels sooo good when I do that. 💕
