DOUBLE-SHOT ESPRESSO WHIP
Ingredients:
2 double shots espresso roast coffee
Whipped cream
Pinch cinnamon
Ingredients:
Fill two demitasse cups with double shots of freshly brewed espresso. Top with swirls of whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over all. Serve immediately.

I have such an addiction to coffee/espresso that I had to “hide” all of my machines! Now I have 1 or 2 instant espressos, with whipped cream, per week. I made the mistake of giving my youngest cat some whipped cream and he now SCREAMS for it every single morning (doesn’t get it unless I’m making a coffee).
