I absolutely adore cattle. We lived on a farm for a while and I was surprised at how playful they are. I used to throw water on them on a hot day and they would run back for more fun.

You would have loved the day that the bullocks (neutered young bulls) broke the fence and decided to come into the kitchen. I had to take my broom and slap their butts to get them out. They were laughing as they ran up the road…:)

Animals complete our little corner of the world. My neighbor’s guinea and chickens gather nearby as they stroll around the yard. Yet every day, when the rooster crows, they return to the barnyard. 🍓

I love that!! so nice to have that near by! We have lots of cows and used to see deer and porcupines!
