You are so right! I remember when I was first reporting for a local newspaper about a million years ago and the editor handed me a camera and showed me how to roll the film. He said to use up the whole roll and he guessed he’d get at least one usable shot! As I perfected my craft over the years, I realized that I pretty much took more and more shots, and that’s a good thing (unless you are using a view camera!).
I know! It took me a long time to move (really shoved) into the digital world, and only because dealing with the dark room chemicals was close to impossible. But i’ve gotten used to taking even more shots than before, and I love that part of it. You are a master of the cell phone camera, I would have guessed you had a professional fancy camera!!!!!!!

I use a cell phone, so it’s nice to take and delete as often as necessary. It’s free, so to speak. 👀🍃
