Gail, I have a very simple image of the world which is like an old paper map laid out on the kitchen table. In the NW the US burns, in the SE Australia burns, in the NE Siberia burns and in the SW the Amazon is on fire. And of course, at the top of the map, the Arctic is melting and at the bottom, the Antarctic burns too! It’s a distressing picture; our beautiful planet, our only home, is being destroyed.

Nature does have its way of surviving. I’m reminded of that every time I visit Kauai, the Garden Isle. Out of lump of lava rock, a lush garden thrives. It’s beyond comprehension. 🌎🍃
