Right now I struggle with physical challenges, healing from a shoulder dislocation. It’s a very slow process which finds me often in weakness. The strength is coming from my will to carry on with therapy sessions when I don’t feel like it. 😜
That lovely old house in the photo may need a coat of paint and perhaps a few hinges need oiling or repairing, but it is still a lovely old house and a home, and inside it is warm and so welcoming! 😍
I think it is just as important to know your weaknesses as your strengths, but not more. I’ll be pondering this idea today. I see people who truly do not seem to know their own strengths and power, and that is a sad thing.
Me too, and so many. It’s a balance, isn’t it? Knowing both your strengths and your weaknesses, and it changes as we get older to complicate matters more!
Most of us don’t want to admit our weaknesses, I feel like this prevents us from strengthening those weaknesses. They may never be strengths, but we could be surprised.
True. Very cool old house.

There is a lot of truth to this. It is hard to admit weakness when so much value is placed on perfection. The simple truth is none of us are perfect.

Sadly the aged homeowner passed way and it sits empty for now. 💦

For years, I did not know my own strength. I was “conditioned” to believe in my lack there of. 😥

I agree, Laura. I tend to surprise myself through my weaknesses. 🌟✨💫
