Last Oct/Nov I didn’t plant any bulbs (not sure what happened) so am missing out now! However, thank you for your lovely photo and Matisse’s words! (Will write ‘plant bulbs’ in my 2021 diary)!
So beautiful! A few years ago, I planted daffodils around the new tulips I planted, intermingled them. I know that animals don’t eat the poisonous daffodils. It actually worked for a couple of years. Then last year, even the tulips I planed right in the middle of a clump of daffodils got stolen and consumed by the little creatures. You’d think they be full enough from the birdseed…
