We made it through Hurricane Milton. πͺοΈπ¦ Marked SAFE. β Thanks for all the prayers. It was a long, noisy night. I have a feeling we are going to have power outages throughout the day. Internet and electricity keep popping in and out like it did all night long. We feel very safe after having weathered 3 hurricanes in our home, since we moved in two years ago. Everything is dry and the roof held! Will keep in touch. I appreciate all the kind thoughts and encouraging messages. ππ»π«

Glad you’re safe. Have family in Augusta, Georgia who got hit pretty bad; also a sister in Florida. Me, I will take the cold winters in Michigan over the weather the south gets!

The sun came out although the winds still blew enough to call a tornado warning for our area. πππͺοΈ

It is. I’ve lived through Andrew and Wanda. But it’s part of life in Florida.

Yes. Yet, we are still getting power outages and surges as everyone is being restored. β‘οΈβ‘οΈβ‘οΈ

Just came across this. So glad you’re safe. I think any storm is a nail-biter when it’s dark and you can’t see much.

Very true. And this one had high winds and numerous tornadoes. πͺοΈπ¦
